This Glorious Original Victorian English Made Black Slate Fireplace Surround Has Recently Been Salvaged From A Central London Town House.
Dated Circa 1880 And Hand Carved From Welsh Slate.
The Corbels Are Hand Carved With Typical Shells Below Which Was Typical For This Period.
The Large Shelf Has A Sophisticated Rounded Outward Curve Detail On Its Perimiter.
