Our Key Account retailers are very experienced and have been chosen to provide representative samples of those products on display, to be able to discuss individual requirements with good product knowledge and to ensure that consumers are assisted to select an appropriate product for their specific circumstances.

Sophisticated fireplaces and fires are, by their very nature, technically complex to specify and install.
Accordingly, we have striven to identify an appropriate independent retailer in your area and have invested considerable resources in training them to become knowledgeable and up-to-date as they can be by on-site sales training visits and regular written updates.
Key Account retailers can advise or assist with installation and should a fire require servicing, they will be able to help. This should ensure that you get years of pleasure and enjoyment from your Acquisitions product.
We encourage the use of the Internet to promote our products but we do not believe that the necessary standards of customer satisfaction and safety can be achieved by direct Internet sales.
We further believe that direct selling of any fireplace product on the Internet, without also offering the appropriate local support, is irresponsible and cannot possibly achieve the ongoing service which can be obtained from a Key Account retailer.
Accordingly, we do not authorise any Key Account to sell Acquisitions products directly over the Internet and we strongly recommend that consumers be wary of any site offering to supply product direct on-line, or offering to deliver products outside of their immediate area.
Generally such a site would be unable to offer a home survey, an appropriate level of pre-purchase advice, local assistance with installation, adequate after-sales support or the warranty back-up that we believe is appropriate for the quality and complexity of our products.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 2 and 3-Year warranties offered with certain of our products will not be valid unless the product is purchased from the nearest authorised Key Account retailer or without our prior written permission to purchase from an alternative Key Account retailer.
We will, from time-to-time, make special offers available to consumers via our website, but these products will always be delivered via our Key Account retailers and offered with the option of an installation service.
NOTE: Servicing of gas fires is required annually and must be carried out in accordance with the current Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 by a competent person.
